I'm 35w 4d and for the last few days have been so miserable & uncomfortable. Between the nonstop heartburn, nausea, and belly cramping I can't seem to catch a break. The cramping is becoming worse and I'm worried now it may be a sign of something more than round ligament/stretching. Was induced with my 1st child 8 years ago so I don't know what natural labor feels like. When should I become concerned?
