PCOS and got pregnant on 50mg Clomid?

I'm curious if anyone on here with PCOS has gotten pregnant on 50mg of Clomid or knows someone who has?

I was on metformin as wel and was taking folic acid. And doctor said I did but opk was neg all month and the 2nd month. I had a poss opk test.

My cousin did, doctor prescribed her clomid and found out shes pregnant on easter
