Someone please help I need to calm down...

I have the birth control implant called Implanon. For the first few months it caused my period to be very irregular, mostly I would have it VERY frequently and for long periods of time. I know this is normal. For the past few months though (I’d say 2 or 3) it has been fairly regular and I can usually track it on here as you would a normal period. I’ve had the implant for about a year, so I didn’t think it would still be messing with my cycle. This month according to the tracker I am 12 days late. I have been having to pee a lot more, getting headaches, and my breasts are sore. No cramping or anything yet. My husband and I always use a condom as well even though the implant is supposed to be highly effective. We haven’t had unprotected sex in about 7 weeks and in that time I’ve had a period. Is it possible I’m pregnant?? Is it normal for the implant to effect your period this long after having it put in? Is it normal for you to miss a period entirely? I’ve been trying not to stress about it but someone please help!!
