Just started working out again..

So I just started working out again this week since it's a new month and I am starting to prodrude in my stomach region much more than I'd like.
Currwnt weight : 190lbs
Goal weight: 155-160lbs
I'll be doing an update every week on Wednesdays and hopefully it won't take too long to get back down.
