So very confused.

Hi guys! So I had a miscarriage on October 22. And last Wednesday I started spotting so I figured I started my first period since the MC. But last night I had a lot of really bright red blood. It kept going all night and into today. It started to get less intense. And now there's nothing happening. So when do I count my first day of my period? Would it be yesterday or last week?
