38 weeks, labor starting?

Question

I woke up this morning with intense back pain and some cramps and lots of pressure. I have no energy, all I wanna do is lay down. Is this a sign that labor is coming soon?

Answer

It could be but the final weeks are just incredibly uncomfortable too, all sorts of aches and pains, pressure as the baby moves down into position. Fatigue at this point is pretty normal too but you never know!
