So confused after miscarriage

So after finding out my baby had no heartbeat any longer at 9wks. They saw the baby stopped growing at 6. I opted for the pill to prompt body to miscarry. I miscarried on July 13th and bled for just short of 2wks. Hcg levels back to 0 and everything gone from my uterus. August 17th I felt the urge to take a pregnancy test, it showed positive. August 21st I got my period. Was I ever really pregnant? I’ve read on chemical pregnancies but am unsure if that was the case. Just September 7th I was spotting. Of course after research it says it can be implantation bleeding but the glow app says there is a 2.7% I’m pregnant. 10 days before aunt flow’s “possible” date. Can someone help me out. I’m really anxious to bring another baby (I have 2 healthy babies) into the world after experiencing miscarriage.
