C-section Encouragement

I don’t know who needs to read this, but whether you have a CS scheduled or you end up with an emergency CS, you got this!! I had a planned CS yesterday morning and everything went soooo smooth. (My first was an emergency.) They talk you through all the prep, come introduce themselves, make you feel comfortable, etc. I was incredibly anxious and now I wish I hadn’t wasted the energy! Baby was out in less than 20 minutes.

Recovery hasn’t been easy, but it’s def not hard. If you have questions, I’m happy to answer. Best advice I can give: take the pain meds as often as they’ll let you and walk often, even if it’s just a short amount! 💜
