So excited to have my first bout of false labor.. (I think). Im 38 weeks exactly and a FTM so I am expecting to go longer.

Ive been having consistent contractions for over 2 hours. Each tightening is getting longer.. about 5 minutes now. I have been mostly feeling them in my back but they wrap around to the top of my uterus. Plus some nausea, ridiculously sensitive nipples and my tail bone is KILLING ME!!

I assume that they will fizzle out but im happy my body is at least practicing! Im due the 22nd and i was afraid she would decide to be an october baby because my family has no September birthdays. (Stupid I know). I have a midwife appointment tomorrow so im just going to ride it out.
