Mixed Palmolive dish soap with bleach 😓

So I usually use dawn dish soap with a bit of bleach to clean up the sink after I wash the chicken. This time I used Palmolive since I ran out of dawn. When I poured the bleach I didn’t notice but once I started scrubbing the sink I got the strongest bleach smell. I thought I was just being sensitive as my nose has been on high alert but shortly after my head heart a bit and I read that it makes chlorine gas. I’m panicking because I’m 12 weeks pregnant
