Using vitex to assist with infertility?

Anyone use vitex to help get pregnant? What are your thoughts on it? Haven't tried it before, thought I have nothing to lose at this point.

Screwed up my cycles even more. It's not for everyone.

My cycles went from 50-70 days to consistently 32 using it. So it worked for me. I used it through a naturopath that checked hormone levels. Best wishes!
