2 nights ago my blood pressure hit 165/136 in the middle of the night and I felt really sick and was seeing double. I stupidly went back to bed and ignored it and the next day (yesterday) I was giving my son a bath and had chest pain hit so bad i thought I was going to faint and had to lay on the bathroom floor. My blood pressure machine said 133/101 but my heart rate was 131. I called my mom to come over and she called the doctor (I didnt want to because this has been going on for weeks and doctors were barely concerned) and they told me to go to hospital. 45 min drive to the hospital, when I got there bp was 157/99 and I have a headache that even fioricet (migraine pill) won't touch. Blood and urine looked fine but doctor isnt convinced because she said i have all the symptoms of severe pre eclampsia just no protien, so I got admitted last night and doing a 24 hr urine to make sure. Bp has been back and forth between normal and then back to high. If the 24 hr urine is positive, I have to stay and deliver at 34 weeks. If its negative I still have to deliver at 37 weeks and have to come up with a plan with MFM to be closely monitored. Even if its negative they may still take him at 34 if we can't get my headache gone, because they said thats not a good sign. My baby shower was supposed to be the 19th too so now I have everyone on hold right now because we have no idea whats going on (yes I know my and babys health is more important but it still sucks and is stressful not knowing what's happening). Hoping I can go home and go to 37 weeks 🤞🤞🤞
