Best thing to beat morning sickness? My trigger shot is giving me TERRIBLE morning sickness and I’m not even pregnant 😫😫 it doesn’t seem fair! 
How can i crush these spins? I feel ick all day every day!

When I had really bad morning sickness I used to cut lemons and suck on them. Or eat A sour apple. That usually kept me from puking so early. But it stopped working about 3 weeks in. I hope this helps! Feel better soon!!!
