Anterior placenta (3D ultrasound)

I’m trying to get an good 3D picture of what my son looks like, I’m 30 weeks 5 days. It was hard to see him last time because his face was buried in my placenta. I have another ultrasound appointment tomorrow. Is there anything I can do on my end so that I can see his face?
