Antibiotic resistant uti?

I'm 18 and I've been on and off with a uti ever since I've been sexually active, I got my culture back and the doctor said I had a antibiotic resistant infection... But it doesn't feel like a uti anymore, just like a couple small sharp pains after I finish peeing with none of the other symptoms I normally got with a uti. I'm on different antibiotics now but it's just staying about the same. The area gets a lil irritated when I touch it tho. Has anyone else had this? Or anyideas what it could be?
