Insomnia help

Like many, I am sleep deprived and cannot fall back to my sleep schedule before quarantine. I am tired by 9 and I struggle falling asleep and toss/turn all night until my body gives in. I've used the sleepytime tea, listened to calming music + sounds before bedtime and nothing. Any other recommendations? I'm thinking about purchasing melatonin, any brands to keep away or fav products?

Please help
