BabyWise book - does it work?

Have you read babywise? Does it work?

Never heard of it till just now and I’m on my 3rd. First slept through the night at 1 month and my second at 3 months. I’d wait till you have the baby to see what method works the best. Every baby is different. My first loves sleep and my second not as much but he caves in fairly easily.

I read it...first baby was sleeping through the night very very quickly! If I were to do it over again I would read “Moms in call”. I think it’s more specific. Or follow taking Cara babies on insta. She has great sleep tips. Basically baby wise tells you to follow the eat, wake, sleep schedule. Make sure they are getting full feedings and good wake times. It was successful for us!
