Metformin delaying cycle?

Hey ladies! I am 4 days late which isn’t super normal for me. I was put on Metformin for spotting during my cycles as a precaution. Had an ultrasound done this week and of course I had two decent sized cysts. One on each ovary. Now I’m waiting on my cycle and going crazy! I have 0 symptoms of a period coming. 0?! I have taken 75 million tests in hopes and I’m getting concerned. After two ectopics I know that delayed positives aren’t a great thing. So my question is, did Metformin delay anyone’s cycle? If so how long and when do I go back to the dr? Thanks!
