Hi I joined this group to know how to deal with anxiety,my bf suffers from it and I don't know how to help him with it breaks my heart seeing him go through it, today he quit his job because he feels real sick he went to the doctor an got medications, and he even said his goodbyes to me because he says he's not going to make it, and he's just shaking anyone know what I can do to help him im devastated 😢 and I had missed my period and I took a pregnancy test an negative result and I wish I was so it could cheer him up but now I'm sad 😥
