Very TMI

So I have HPV and I get warts during pregnancy , they told me I had to have two around my anus removed , because they felt it was gonna be problematic, they did the surgery with me awake , I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and I felt the whole thing from start to finish , the then burned my skin together to help the bleeding to stop, it did but when I got home I started bleeding VERY VERY BAD , went to hospital it had stopped for home went to bed woke up in a pool of blood they say this is normal , iv been light headed for hours now , I'm nervous this isn't normal but two hospitals sent me home and my OB isn't concerned, iv called my mom and she come by she was very worried idk what to do has anyone had this or had thi
