Miscarriage now
I think I am having my miscarriage 😢 I am in so much pain it feels like my terrible period cramps. When I wiped I saw pink/brownish spotting. Am now just curled up in bed I did put a sanitary towel just incase there's a gush of blood. Should I go to ER
