Lutera Birth Control

Hey ladies! I'm getting on Birth Control for the first time ever and was subscribed Lutera through prjkt ruby. I'm a little worried about the side effects. Does anyone have any negative or positive things to say about Lutera BC? I know it effects everyone differently but I feel I find more people have negative side effects with this BC than positive.

Also, someone told me I should start BC the day I start my period. Is this true?
