So aparentlly after 14 years of my body working like clockwork things change on me.

Last month my period came a whole week early. This month same thing happens. I'm so conffused! I obviouslly don't know my body anymore. I'm ttc baby #1 and planned on buying preeseed for next fertile window, well obviouslly I'm not even ovulating when glow estimates I am. Needless to say I'll have to start checking me cervix position.... That's if I can figure that out! I will also be buying an ovulation kit. Does this mean ill have to do this every month? Also is there a brand or kind you guys would suggest.
