My fiancé and I made the decision a few days ago to get married on Oct 24th. I always wanted to elope and it doesn’t look like we can have a wedding anytime soon given this situation with covid. We told our families and they were supportive but they all insisted on coming. Do I need to get them gifts for coming ? I thought originally it would just be the two of us but I’m not going to deny them if they’re willing to come. Now it’s been suggested by his step mom that I make his sister our flower girl. I wanted this to be simple and cheap and meaningful but I feel like I’m getting dragged into a different direction.. I just want to know what is expected I don’t want to look like a cheap ass if I dont get everyone a gift.
