Adoption?

Has anyone in this group given their child up for adoption? I am asking because I am debating on giving my second child up for adoption and kind of want to know what kind of adoptions are easiest on mom and baby and how it would work if the father isn't present in its life. Thank you ladies.

So, this is probably a LONG shot but, I'm looking to adopt. I've went to many adoption agencies but it's seems like it My husband and I are just not having very good luck. I've heard of couples posting online, and on Craigslist asking to adopt. So I thought I'd give it a try. I am 22 years old, I am a stna and I love my job. My husband is 26 years old and works at a factory which he has worked at since he was 18. We are financially secure. We live in a 3 bedroom house in the hills of Princeton, West Virginia. We love children so much and it breaks our hearts knowing we can't conceive. I don't know if this will work, but if you don't want to have children, or you're not ready and want to give your baby the best life you can, give him or her to us. We promise to love him or her unconditionally and to protect him or her with our life's. We can set it up were you can still see your baby if that's want you choose. We'll work with you every step of the way.

My friend was actually just talking about how she was adopted. It pains her that her adoption was closed because she doesn't know who her mother is, and everyone tells her that they've seen someone that looks just like her and it pains her because she knows that she has sisters but legally, since it was closed, none of her sisters or her birth parents can talk to her even if they do recognize her. She walks through town every day thinking about wether she just walked by her sister or her mother. Please choose open adoption!

My boyfriend was adopted and honestly it was a closed adoption and it bothers him sooooo much not actually knowing who his mom and dad are or who his family is that's a everyday struggle for him his ( adopted mom) adopted 8 boys and a little gir and all of them that don't know  who their parents are really have a tough time in life his 2 brothers that do are pretty happy so my advice if u do go thru with adoption please make it a open adoption it will benefit not only you because u would be able to see where your baby's going and how they grow up but u will also be benefitting the child u will be able to tell him or her that u loved them that's y u chose what u did my boyfriend has this issue where he thinks his real Mom basically hated him and that is y she didn't want anything to do with him 😢 it's sad and  I wish u the best for what ever choice u make.
