Random q! Tucks medicated cooling pads

I have these. I thought they were wipes but it recently occurred to me that they are called pads/moist compress. Are you supposed to fold these and leave them between your butt cheeks or on your taint? 🙈 🙈 Lol. How do you use these for hemorrhoids or post birth?
