Prescribed antidepressants?

I was put on Zoloft when I was 14 and continued taking it for a few years but hated how “blah” it made me feel.

I have had such strong feelings of self hatred and doubt the last few months and I am so scared that I will not be strong enough to be a mom and I don’t know how to ask my doctor about this. I have a history of depression and anxiety and have found ways to cope but this is a new level of not feeling good enough that I’ve never felt before and I don’t know what to do.
