I've Question....Please Help!

I recently visit my doctor today because I been having yeast infection every month. He told me that he didn't see any yeast. However, he notice a odor and that maybe it could be a bacteria infection. Lately I've notice some strong scent whenever I would wipe myself I would notice the scent on my finger tips along with a little burning sensation. Never really experience a burning sensation maybe a odor. I'm taking medicine for it. My question is...Have any you ladies every had a burning sensation while having a bacteria infection?
