I had my pre labor blood work and swabs done this morning. She did a less aggressive cervical check as she didn't want to put me in labor before I'm 37 weeks. Said my cervix was soft and could get a finger in if she pushed but didn't want to push. That's is more than I was expecting. I really thought she was going to tell me I'm hard and closed.

Also she explained that I will have to wear a mask while we wait for the test results. If it winds up planned induction or c section I can be tested before hand and not have to wear it. If it's not and I just come in random then I'll wear it about 8 hours while they wait the results
