I’m scared I don’t know what early labor feels like.

With my first I was induced due to high BP so I never went into labor naturally.

Today I’ve been cramping since around 2pm (it’s now almost 7) and they are somewhat painful - they feel like period cramps and I get some intense period cramps normally.

I feel my stomach tightening sometimes like it does with BH but my still have the cramping at the same time.

The only type of relief I have is when I sit on the toilet.

Does this sound like early labor? What should I do?
