I have so many questions

Okay.

1. Does CM have to be EWCM to be fertile?

2. If not EWCM does that mean I'm not able to fall pregnant?

3. Will Pre-seed help me if my CM is always creamy/lotion

I've been using opk to help determine my ovulation. This cycle I had sharp pains on my left side right as I got my peak opk so I assume that's a good sign I ovulated(please tell me if I am wrong) but my CM has been either water like or creamy/lotion and not a lot of either. When I got my peak opk my CM was creamy/lotion and not a lot until about 3 days after I ovulated and then it was maybe a medium amount.

Please comment any and all advice.
