Yeast infection?

This is lowkey tmi but I really need your opinion. Is there a way to tell if you have a yeast infection? It started in late summer when I was walking around in shorts after I have shaved and got razor bumps and then I got my period and had to wear a pad to they wings were digging into my sides. Now it still hasn’t gone away. It is red, looks like a fresh new layer of skin healed over a cut and if you wipe it you can get what looks like old dry skin coming off the the side or clumpy ish discharge. It’s been like this for a while and it itches now and then so when I forget I have it and itch I think I start back from scratch. And it isn’t not an std or Sti because I had gotten tested a while ago. Any ideas if this could be a yeast infection of not?
