Back pain help please
What do yall do for severe lower back pain in the third trimester? I cannot go to a chiropractor or get massage on my back because im at high risk for preterm labor. Aleve or other otc pain killers aren't touching it. Im miserable with it and baths only relieve it for maybe an hour?
