Massage During First Trimester
Hi has anyone had a professional massage during the first trimester? I’ll be 9 weeks by then and my sister already booked us a massage for next week (she doesn’t know I’m pregnant yet) but omg all these pains I think that would be a relief. I know prenatal massages aren’t until second trimester. Anyone had a hour massage while in first trimester?
