PLEASE HELP ! Am I having a miscarriage ?

I have been bleeding since 7pm yesterday.. it started out as the pink spotting , then eventually got a little darker & a little heavier than spotting, woke up this am & it’s like I’m on my period.. but I haven’t felt any pain or cramps at all.. idk what’s wrong . I don’t have any weird abnormal big blood clots but it is just like idk it’s like I’m on my period 😤 idk what’s going on, has this happened to anyone before? Could this be a miscarriage? I have been crying & stressing all day. I sat in the hospital for 5 hours they never called my name but left the iv in my arm for 5 hours !! I kept asking how long it’ll take & all the guy would tell me is “All I can do is give you a pad” 😭😭
