Chills and sweats

I'm 7 weeks along today period and have had the worst chills and sweats ever I literally cannot stop sweating but I'm so cold. I don't have a fever or anything. Anyone else get the sweats really bad? This is my third pregnancy and I've never had them before at least like this that I can remember.
