signs/symptoms of a yeast infection?????

i've never had a yeast infection before. Im kinda worried cause of my discharge. it's thick and white but idk if it could be smegma or not. i have no itchiness or burning down there and it doesn't smell foul, it smells like what a vagina would smell like. has anyone had something like this
