PMS where are you? 🤔
So the first time in a long time, my pms is non existent. Decided to start program again and 2 weeks in I feel amazing... I've decided to stop ignoring how sensitive my body is to food.... I mean: I went from awful cramps, mood swings, biting people's heads off 8 days before starting to: slightly irritated, calm and zero cramping or headaches... So glad among all the chaos I committed to creating my calm.
Can't wait for my 2 week weigh in (even if I'm bloated) 🙄
