If you ever delivered a baby, how long did it hurt while having sex?

Can someone tell me why sex hurts after a c-section?? I know it’s a stupid question but I am legit wondering this 
I had 2 c-sections and sex hurt so bad for the first 6 months! I was also terrified, so maybe I couldn’t get in the right state of mind? 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ definitely painful tho

C section I had pain/discomfort with sex for about 8 months until my baby night weaned. I think it was due to the breastfeeding hormones

Vaginally delivery,  waiting till my 6 week appointment when they gace me the all clear, had sex that night no pain!

For the first few weeks it would to be turned on and we had sex as soon as I was cleared at my six week appointment but it never hurt to actually have sex.

#1- vaginal. Never hurt
#2- c section. Hurt the first couple times

the first 2 times and then it actually felt sooooo much better than pre pregnancy.
