Do you pee a little when sneezing, coughing or vomiting?

Thankfully I’m now out of the morning sickness phase! But now almost every time I sneeze or cough I end up wetting my pants. Not a lot to were it goes through jeans but just enough to get my underwear wet where I need to change. I feel like I’m too early to have this happen to me. I’m only 18 weeks exactly. Does this or has this happen to any of y’all? Does it only get worse from here? My husband laughed at me yesterday and stated he would rather have me pee my pants then vomit. I feel like either is a lose lose situation....
