Help me please

Question

How can i remove this red pimples or whatever it is and the brown stuff😞😞 i know it looks disgusting. I am trying to get rid of it but i dont know how. I shouldnt have scratched it cause then it became to look like the brown spots. Any home remedies ? This is on my back btw. How do yall not see whats wrong theres literally spots 😔

I use a pimple shower lotion and exfoliating towel or gloves or brush etc whatever to reach and exfoliate the back. 
Don’t exfoliate every day as it can cause other issues I’d do every other day 
but you can use the cleansing wash everyday. 
Also depends a lot on age and cycles and hormones are one of the biggest causes for pimples 💕

What you have seems like back acne (very mild). Besides the obvious on ensuring that your hormones levels are stable (exercise helps), I find that ensuring that no conditioner residue is left on your top back/shoulders. 
I also find that depending on my haircut, I get more acne on my back if my hair are constantly touching it with the tip. 
I’m a big fan of baking soda bath. Rinse yourself well after. It helps with skin exfoliating and detox. Make sure you moisturize with a non pore blocking moisturizer (no aloe Vera). 
Lastly, keep eating good fats for your skin rejuvenation (avocados, fish, etc).
