So... I’m probably just paranoid because I miscarried on our first “try” post-IUD removal and I’m irrationally blaming myself and trying to identify the ways this could be my fault...I digress...has anyone been on Remeron (aka mirtazapine) and had trouble TTC? What about Prozac? I am on both for anxiety and depression, Remeron at night and Prozac in the morning.

My ob/gyn said there was no reason to “blame” those drugs for the miscarriage unless this happens over and over but I really don’t love the idea of just waiting to see what happens if I lose another pregnancy... I know doc knows best but just curious to hear any anecdotal experience with either of these drugs.

I also take Evening Primrose Oil before bed—have for about 8 months after it was suggested to help combat endometriosis symptoms/PMS...had surgery in Dec to remove the endometriosis. Stage 2. Other than that, I don’t take much. Occasionally, I will take a flexeril for my TMJ (jaw, bruxism, grinding) issues.
