Private Vs. Secret

I need advice. I've been together with my boyfriend officially since May. He started talking to me as a friend before I left my abuser and encouraged me to do so. Life's been much better. However here lately some things are starting to bother me, I still haven't met his mom, never been to his house (he lives with his mom), I'm not allowed to tag him in or comment anything on his posts signifying we are together, no pictures are to be posted even if I don't tag him. I was allowed to post I was in a relationship but he has claimed since we got together he just is a private person. There are zero pics or proof of any past relationships on his Facebook and I've learned he really is a private man. I can respect it because social media can be trash. However tonight he shared a post "see how many people will read this and tell you they love you" a bunch of females commented of course but I commented I love you baby, and within five minutes of my comment being up he deleted the entire post off his Facebook. We've been talking since January, and together since May. He's amazing with my kids, he's helped me out so much...... but I'm beginning to question if it's privacy or if I'm just a dirty secret he's ashamed of.
