I know this isn’t the right group but was hoping it would be seen more here 😬 I got my hair done Friday...cut and color—lowlights and hilights. I wanted to go darker but was nervous. She knew I was nervous about it too. We did go darker but she told me she did it more subtle around my face and front. When she was finished she said if I decide I want it darker in the front she can totally do that. I was fine with that but now I don’t really like it. It’s too blonde and I do want it darker. I called her today and am going to get that fixed tomorrow. Question is...do I pay again?? Am I supposed to tip again?? What’s the etiquette ? I tipped her a little more than 20% Friday. I just rounded up to an even tip so it was like $4 more than 20%. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. If this is considered part of the first service then I’m not sure if I pay/tip again I guess is what I’m asking. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks ladies!
