Thoughts? Who had similar experience

I have been on BC patch for 6 months and like clock work my cycle has started the same time each month. But this month I am already 3 days late, and showing no signs of starting. I don’t really want to test but is it possible? I have never missed a patch and change it every week like I’m supposed to. We don’t use any other back up besides the patch. Should I wait until Saturday to test or go ahead and get one? Or is it normal to just miss a cycle on this BC
