Period changing for the better
Hi ladies! I wanted to share some info about changing my period for the better. For my whole life I’ve had the most debilitating cramps- like calling out of work bad. This month I decided to make some major life changes to see if it would help with cramps. I got my period last night with minor cramps when it first started and then nothing! Here’s what I did:
-acupuncture specifically for period & fertility
-a dropper of liquid zinc daily
-essiac tonic detox dropper daily with lemon water
-a blood builder supplement
-vitamin D
-vegan prenatal
-nettle tea every day
-organic food only with lots of veggies and at least one to two green veggies a day
-changed morning coffee to organic chai tea with almond milk and cinnamon
-turmeric almond milk a few times a week
-no spicy foods or any inflammatory foods at all
-no fast food or junk food (ok maybe had some cookies a few times)
Soooo yeah this all looks like a LOT but it was not hard once I had all of the supplements, and I just went for it. And it worked!!
