What kind of milk do you drink?

Question

I prefer giving my kids soy or oat milk but WIC only gives me cow milk. They don’t have any special digestive needs but I think plant based milk is healthier. No shade or judgement.

I keep both dairy and almond milk in my fridge. I rarely just drink milk, but depending on what I’m making I’ll switch up which milk I use. I prefer almond as I don’t tend to eat a ton of dairy, but for kids standard dairy milk is really good for them and a good source of calcium.

I mean in a way you aren’t wrong about it being healthier, we are the only species on this planet that continues to drink milk past infancy. Cows milk isn’t made for humans and we were not meant to drink it, thats why a lot of people have stomach problems when they eat or drink dairy. There is also a possibility that cows milk is cancerous as it has Casein which is a carcinogen. So my children do not drink milk, couldn’t get them to even if I tried, but they’ll eat cheese on something’s occasionally.

Almond or Almond/Cashew. We use very little cow’s milk here because we have intolerances.

I get soy milk through WIC. My son usually drinks almond and oat milk though.

I drink cows milk 1 or 2 percent never had any issues kids love it husband  is lactose intolerant sio he gets the lactose free milk
