I'm worried and need answers!

Hey girls. So today I woke up with an extremely pain in my right side of my abdomen! I know what you're all thinking... APENDICITIS?! Well. I went to the emergency room and they said I was wrong and I have a cyst on my ovary. I am only 17. And they gave me the option to either let itself work out and for me to struggle though the pain or I could get an ovary removed. I am still young and I do plan on having kids in the next 10 years. I need someone to tell me what I should do! Please help me😭
