Nail clipping? Help!

LO is 3 weeks, when can I start clipping her nails?

I file my little girls nails. The nurse said that their nails are still attached to their nail beds and skin for a while so to file with a small soft emery board for te first month or two,..we had some that came with an infant care pack and it's been fine! And I'm way less nervous haha!

I clipped my daughters nails a few days after she was born. I didn't like that she kept scratching her face and some how getting her hands out of gloves. You should be fine clipping them as long as you don't go to far down when clipping.
