Has clomid lengthened your cycle?

Question

I took clomid cd 3-16 from august 14th-27th. Went in for labs and US august 28th and both results said I was ovulating along with a peak ppl on the 27th. Today is cd 35 and AF was due the 11th. Negative tests. I called my dr Monday who said give it a week and then if I haven’t started they’ll do labs. I normally have a 28 day cycle.

Answer

I took clomid cd 3-7 for 3 cycles (100mg). I did ovulate on my own this was something to try before ivf in hopes I released more than one egg and it we “caught one”. We were unsuccessful with clomid, but ivf icsi worked.
Anyways, on clomid I ovulated cd 17 all 3 cycles instead of cd 15 so then af was 2 days late

Answer

I also took dexamethasone, a steroid the last 7 days of 14. The dr had originally given me clomid to take for 7 days and he said my cd 12 US showed no follicles so he gave me another 7 days along with the steroid.
